Pain

There is pain inside of me
The pain that I don’t understand
It hurts ….yes it does
But what is it that’s hurting me
Why can’t I point a finger at it?

Tears flow freely & unknowingly
Yet there is no reason for the tears
Am I losing it?
Maybe its just midlife crisis…
How do I get out of this mystery misery?
